Below is feedback on the White pizza base:
· Nice and aromatic. Pizza Base with crunch – Nice and thin. Toppings smell pizza-ish! Nice and sweet sauce, good balance between softness and crunch.
· Nice doughy dough, quite thin, tastes like a pizza should. Could be slightly crispier on the base.
· Equally as nice! Love them both!
· The better of the two, tastes like pizza, crispy and nice texture.
· Nice taste preferred this one. Crispy and good.
Below is feedback on the wholemeal pizza base:
· Texture like wholemeal bread. Topping as above.
· Nice but just not quite right. Wholemeal should be kept for bread. Although it gets nicer with each try. Good alternative option.
· More like a bruschetta, very nice and thin crust!
· Tastes good, dough is chewy – bread like.
· Tastes good! Good texture.
