Flapjacks

Below is feedback from the Flapjacks:
Chocolate topped Flapjacks:
  • Moist, bit too crumbly, chocolate is nice and strong.
  • Very tasty, too crumbly and good chocolate.
  • Very tasty, lovely texture – needed to be set for longer though as quite crumbly. Very sweet, perhaps run chocolate throughout as well as on top.
  • Crazy nice! Really sweet in a good way. Perhaps more chocolate.
  • Very nice, not too crumbly. Perfect.

Developed flapjacks – Mixed fruits and chocolate
  • Smell good, moist, good texture, crumbly.
  • Very tasty, love the raisins maybe slightly thinner.
  • Tasty, buttery, crumbly and chewy, good thickness, nice amount of fruit.
  • Very good! Good, tangy mixed fruit! So tasty! Crumbles nicely, soft.
  • Extremely tasty, melt in your mouth! Fruity taste combined with the chocolate is very nice. Looks great taste better.

Final developed flapjack – Contains Mixed fruit, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  • Perfect, very fruity, not too seedy; better than anything bought in the shops, feels healthy.
  • Great texture – Not too crumbly. Nice orange tang. Very moist but still crumbly, seeds work well texture-wise. Seed no so appealing visually and smells good.
  • Lovely crunch to the outside and a perfect soft chewy centre. Just right amount of fruit so they’re not too sweet, like the seeds for the extra texture. Butteryness is just right too. Yummy!
  • Surprisingly good, sweet, crunchy. Less syrup – fruity and tasty.
  • Nice crunch around the edges, good taste. Can’t taste the seeds. Sweet and syrupy.
  • Crunchy and gooey, nice and fruity, maybe a little less syrup to make it even healthier.
